1. Exchange Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate an Exchange for ready-to-wear and in-store hats.
2. Eligible Items: Exchanges are only accepted for ready-to-wear and in-store hats. Custom hat orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Condition of exchange Items: exchanged hats must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Any hats that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for an exchange.
4. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the specified return window. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange process.
5. Exchange: Once the returned hat is received and inspected, we will send out the new hat!
6. Exchange Shipping: To ensure you have an easy experience with your exchange. All exchanges are free. Hold on to all packaging and we will email you a return label.
